Returns, refunds and cancellations

Change of mind (unbranded goods)
Email info@brandexperts.co.za within 7 days of delivery. Return the goods unused and in their original packaging. We refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the goods (ECTA s44). The direct cost of returning the goods is yours.
Defective goods
Within six months of delivery, defective goods may be returned for repair, replacement or a refund at your choice (CPA s56). We cover the return courier cost.
Branded and made-to-order goods
These cannot be returned for change of mind, because they are made to your specification. If we made an error against your approved proof, we will reprint or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method via PayFast, or by EFT for account customers.
