Delivery charges

Free courier delivery on orders of R2,500 or more (incl VAT). Orders below this pay a flat R250 (incl VAT) within South Africa. [REVIEW: placeholder rate - confirm courier contract and outlying-area surcharges.]

Lead times

  • Unbranded stock items: usually dispatched within 2-4 working days after payment.
  • Branded items: usually 5-8 working days after artwork approval.
  • Made-to-order custom products: as quoted.

Receiving your order

Please check the parcel on delivery and report damage or short delivery within 48 hours.
